The Padel Brief

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data when you visit thepadelbrief.com, subscribe to our newsletter, or place an order, in line with the EU GDPR and Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD).

Data controller

The data controller is Carlos Raimundo (autónomo), NIF Y4499893A, Carrer Estels Xapats 4, 07609 Llucmajor, Illes Balears, Spain. For any data-protection matter, contact admin@luminokbrand.com.

What we collect

Newsletter: your email address. Orders: your name, shipping and billing address, email, and order details (payment is handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers). Site use: analytics and cookie data such as device type, pages viewed, and approximate location.

How we use it & legal bases

We use your data to send the newsletter you requested (your consent); to process, deliver, and support your orders and handle returns (performance of a contract); to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation); and to secure and improve the Site (our legitimate interest). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Site and fulfil orders, acting as our processors: Shopify (store hosting, checkout and payments — see Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy); Printful (print-on-demand fulfilment — it receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order; you remain our customer and we are the data controller); our payment provider (to process payment); Google Analytics (site-usage statistics); and Resend (newsletter delivery).

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (for example in the United States). Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as necessary: newsletter data until you unsubscribe; order and invoicing data for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law; and analytics data for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Cookies

We use essential cookies needed to operate the Site. We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner; you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, or block cookies in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email admin@luminokbrand.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
