Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of thepadelbrief.com (the “Site”), including The Padel Brief newsletter and The Padel Brief Shop. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Who we are (legal notice)
In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), this Site and shop are operated by Carlos Raimundo, sole trader (autónomo), NIF Y4499893A, Carrer Estels Xapats 4, 07609 Llucmajor, Illes Balears, Spain. Contact email: admin@luminokbrand.com.
The newsletter & content
The Padel Brief publishes a free, bilingual newsletter and editorial content about padel. This content is provided for general information only and may be updated or discontinued at any time.
Products & orders
The Padel Brief Shop sells padel-themed products that are made to order from standard catalogue designs — this does not affect your 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Refund & Returns Policy). Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any applicable VAT. Product photos are illustrative. A sales contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price is displayed in error — and will refund any amount already paid.
Payment, shipping & delivery
Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We ship to Spain and other European countries for a flat rate of €4.95 per order; the destinations available to you are confirmed at checkout. As products are made to order, please allow approximately 5–8 business days for production and delivery. You receive tracking once your order ships.
Returns & right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on our products, and a separate guarantee for faulty items. How to exercise these rights, and our free-return process, are explained in full in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, designs, and text on the Site are owned by The Padel Brief or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Liability
We provide the Site and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you may seek an out-of-court resolution through the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) or your local consumer office (OMIC). Note that the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect.
